I’ve had a good experience with buildasoil overall, and the products I’ve tried have worked well for me. Personally, it seems like they put a lot of care into what they sell, which I appreciate. The only thing that gets frustrating is the inventory. There have been a few times I was ready to order soil or amendments, and a bunch of what I wanted was out of stock. They do restock, but not always when it lines up with when I need it. I still think it’s a solid shop, I just wish the availability was a little more reliable.

I get that returns and refunds can take a little time, and I don’t expect everything to be instant. But this one felt way slower than it should’ve, and the waiting got frustrating. The refund did eventually come through, so I want to be fair about that, but the process could definitely be smoother.

I ended up learning a ton from their guides... they were easy to follow and actually explained things in a way that made sense.

It did help me find the stuff I was looking for, so I guess that’s a plus. But every click felt like it took longer than it should, which made the whole thing kind of frustrating. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped.

There was a lot to choose from, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was good and felt like a solid value for what I got.

Just a heads up—my plants absolutely love this stuff. I started using it and noticed they looked healthier and perkier quickly. i wasn’t expecting much, but now I feel like I’ve spoiled them. If you try it, don’t be surprised if your plants start looking noticeably happier.

When my order arrived, I opened the box and realized a few of the items were wrong. I checked my receipt just to make sure I wasn’t mixing anything up, but nope, it definitely wasn’t what I ordered. This is where it got annoying, I had to email customer service and wait around for a response instead of just having what I paid for. Maybe it was an honest mix-up, but for the price, I really expected the order to be correct the first time.

I’ve ordered from buildasoil a handful of times now and the thing I like most is how clear they are about what’s actually in their products. It’s not just some vague “organic mix” label or whatever, they list real ingredients so I can look it over and decide if it makes sense for my soil
That makes shopping way less of a guessing game for me. I can compare stuff easily and feel like I know what I’m buying. Shipping has been totally fine too, but the ingredient transparency is the main reason I keep going back

A few people in my grow group kept recommending this soil, so I finally gave it a try. it worked well and my plants seemed happy with it. I also got the impression their support is reliable, which is nice. That said, the price feels a bit high for what it is, so I’m kind of on the fence. Good product overall, just not sure it’s something I’d buy every time.

I ordered from buildasoil and figured it might take a little while , since soil can be heavy . I got tracking way faster than expected , and the order showed up before I was even ready for it . Everything was packed well too , with no torn bags or random holdups . Really happy with how smoothly it went , and I’d definitely order again .

I had to reach out twice to get an update on the backorder, so the communication could’ve been better, if that makes sense. Everything was fine otherwise, but I would’ve appreciated clearer updates without having to ask again.

I had a few questions about soil and reached out to support. They got back to me really fast, i felt like they knew exactly what they were talking about. From my experience, the help was clear, practical, and easy to trust.

I can’t say I was thrilled about the shipping price, and yeah, it could definitely be cheaper. But at least they showed it clearly and there weren’t any annoying surprises when I got to checkout, so I guess that’s fair.

I’m into buildasoil so far. It feels like they actually care about healthy soil instead of just pushing a bunch of random bottles like every other annoying company. The packaging was simple, no useless extra junk, and the whole living soil setup feels way less wasteful. Solid experience so far.

I keep coming back because the points, they add up nicely, and each order I end up saving a little bit. Not a huge thing, but it does help out.

Every order has shown up the way it should, nothing has ever felt shady, and their support actually responds like real people. The info on their site also feels straightforward instead of salesy, which I appreciate. At this point, I trust them.

I ordered from BuildASoil the tracking info had me acting like I was investigating a missing artifact. It said the order had shipped, but then gave me basically no clear idea where it was or when it was actually going to show up. I kept checking like every five minutes and somehow felt more confused each time. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it was way more stressful than tracking a package should be. Not a great experience

I ordered from Build A Soil for my indoor plants, the results were mixed. A couple of my plants did start looking greener after a week or two, which gave me some hope at first. But one of my bigger plants still had yellow tips and never really bounced back the way I expected. I followed the instructions closely, so it left me wondering if the product just wasn’t as effective as I thought it would be. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected a more noticeable difference. I might give it another shot someday, but my confidence in it definitely isn’t as strong now

I’ll be honest, I mostly paid attention to whether it worked, and it does. No major complaints on that front. The only thing that really stood out to me was the price, it feels a bit higher than I expected for what you get

The products seem really solid overall, and I’ve been happy with the quality so far. But as someone who tries to be intentional about buying organic, I wish the sourcing info was a bit more transparent. I’d love to see more details about where the ingredients come from and who the suppliers are.
